At United Gutter Cleaning Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide professional, dependable, and high-quality service every time. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines when you may request a refund, reschedule a service, or cancel an appointment.

If you are not satisfied with the results of your gutter cleaning, repair, or related service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion.
We will inspect the issue and, when appropriate, offer one of the following:
A free re-service to correct the problem, or
A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Our goal is to ensure your property is fully protected and you are happy with the outcome.
We understand that schedules change.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to a 25% service fee to cover scheduling and labor costs.
If our team arrives at your property and cannot perform the service due to lack of access (locked gates, unsafe conditions, etc.), a minimum call-out fee may apply.
Refunds may be issued when:
The service was prepaid and canceled more than 24 hours before the appointment.
The service could not be completed due to our team’s error or a scheduling issue.
The work performed did not meet agreed quality standards, and a re-service was not feasible.
Refunds are not available if:
The property was inaccessible or unsafe.
Work was completed according to the agreed scope of service.
Damage occurred due to pre-existing conditions or external factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, structural issues).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
Any non-refundable transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you wish to reschedule your service, please contact us at least 12–24 hours in advance.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred new time slot without additional charges.
Certain services cannot be refunded once work has begun or materials have been used, including:
Gutter guard or custom installations
Emergency or same-day call-out services
Special-order materials
